Overload and underload training is becoming very popular in training methods. We developed our best overload and underload package with two bats that focus on three different parts of the swing, to reach one goal a swing designed to do damage.

The SST and the G Force can be found in many professional ballparks, training facilities, and college campuses for a reason.
The G Force and SST are a great counterbalance combination in training with the G Force typically weighing +6-8 ounces of your desired length (i.e. 32" 40 oz.) and the SST typically weighing -5-6 ounces of your desired length (i.e. 32" 26 oz.).
